Work with us

Most of our 74 people work shifts in our two buildings, keeping them running for customers who will never meet them. We pay for the shift pattern, train people properly, and publish a salary range on every vacancy.

Critical Facilities Technician (nights), NWK1

Reference CG-26-031 · posted October 12, 2026 · closes

Four nights on, four off, on Level 1 and the Dry Floor at NWK1. You will run rounds on the electrical and mechanical plant, respond to alarms, switch under our procedures, and look after contractors.

You will need a recognized electrical or mechanical qualification, three years in a critical environment (a data center, a hospital plant room, a ship), and to be able to climb to the roof in the rain.

Pay: $78,000 to $94,000 plus a 10% night differential, with medical, dental, a 401(k) match of 5%, and 25 days of paid time off.

Remote Hands Technician, SEC1

Reference CG-26-034 · posted October 26, 2026 · closes

Days, rotating weekends. You will rack, cable, swap and label equipment for customers, receive deliveries, escort visitors and write tickets a stranger could follow.

Experience in a data center helps; patience, neat cabling and good handwriting matter more.

Pay: $58,000 to $69,000, with medical, dental, a 401(k) match of 5%, and 25 days of paid time off.

Electrical Engineer, Projects

Reference CG-26-029 · posted September 28, 2026 · closes

Design and manage electrical projects at both sites: new customer capacity, UPS replacements, the second meet-me room at NWK1. You will work with our chief engineer and with the people who operate what you design.

You will need a degree in electrical engineering and either a professional engineer license or a clear path to one.

Pay: $118,000 to $142,000, with medical, dental, a 401(k) match of 5%, and 25 days of paid time off.

Software Engineer, Customer Portal

Reference CG-26-030 · posted October 5, 2026 · closes

We write our customer portal ourselves: tickets, access lists, deliveries, power readings, cross-connect orders. Version 5.0, a rewrite of the version customers use today, is in user acceptance testing now and goes live when it passes. You will help finish it, including the security fixes testing has turned up, and then keep it running.

We use boring tools on purpose. You should be comfortable with a relational database, a server-rendered web application and an on-call rota you share with two colleagues.

Pay: $132,000 to $158,000, with medical, dental, a 401(k) match of 5%, and 25 days of paid time off.
