Usable power is 80% of the circuit’s rating, which is what the electrical code allows for a continuous load. For redundancy, keep your total draw on A and B together within one circuit’s usable figure: if a feed fails, the other carries everything.

You can pay for power by the circuit, or by the kilowatt-hour measured at your strips with a committed minimum. Most customers with more than ten cabinets choose metered; most with one choose the circuit, because it is easier to explain to an accounts department.
