Notice of public sale of abandoned customer equipment
Equipment left at SEC1 by a former customer will be sold under the terms of its agreement and the warehouse lien provisions of New Jersey law.
Notice of public sale. Notice is given that Cordgrass Data LLC will sell at public sale, under the lien granted to it by its master services agreement and the warehouse lien provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in New Jersey, the equipment left by Stellwood Render LLC, formerly a customer occupying cage 2F at SEC1, 615 Sedgebank Road, Secaucus, New Jersey.
The equipment comprises 186 rack servers fitted with graphics accelerators, six network switches, two storage arrays and associated cabling, power strips and rails. All storage media will be removed from the equipment before the sale and destroyed, with a certificate of destruction for each serial number; no data will be sold.
The sale will be held at SEC1 at 10:00 on Thursday, March 28, 2024, by sealed bid, in one lot. The amount owed to Cordgrass Data LLC at the date of this notice is $412,806.17. Proceeds will be applied to that amount and to the costs of the sale, and any surplus held for the person entitled to it.
Stellwood Render LLC and any person claiming an interest in the equipment may stop the sale by paying the amount owed before it begins. Enquiries in writing to the General Counsel, Cordgrass Data LLC, at the address above.
Update, April 2, 2024: the lot was sold on March 28. This notice remains here as a record.
