Reporting a vulnerability
If you think you have found a security problem in our website, our customer portal or our network, please tell us before you tell anyone else, and give us a reasonable time to fix it.
Write to security@cordgrassdata.com with what you found, how to reproduce it and how to reach you. We will acknowledge your report within two business days and tell you what we are doing about it.
While you look, please do not access or change data that is not yours, do not degrade our services, do not test physical security at either building, and do not try to persuade our staff to give you access. We will not take legal action against anyone who follows these rules in good faith.
