Flash flooding: barrier gates deployed at SEC1, dock barrier at NWK1

The roads have reopened and the gates and dock barrier have been stood down. The water at SEC1 reached 8.2 ft, 8.6 ft below the floor of the halls.

Update
Sedgebank Road is under water south of SEC1 and closed to traffic. Both sites are operating normally, with no water inside either building.

Information
With flash flood warnings for the whole region tonight, we have deployed the temporary gates at both SEC1 entrances and the dock barrier at NWK1. Additional engineers will stay on site overnight. Please do not travel to either site unless it is essential.
