Customer portal: sign-in errors

Sign-in has worked normally since 11:06. We have added the certificate to the monitoring that should have warned us thirty days ago.

Identified
A certificate used between the portal and its directory expired at 10:12. A new certificate is being installed.

Investigating
Some customers are seeing an error after entering their password in the customer portal. Remote hands requests and visitor authorizations can be made by telephone to the NOC in the meantime.
