SEC1: chiller trip, Hall 2 temperatures briefly elevated

Hall 2 has been within its normal range since 15:23. Chiller 3 remains out of service while the condenser tubes are cleaned; the plant is at N+1 until it returns.

Investigating
Chiller 3 at SEC1 tripped at 15:04 on high condenser pressure. The standby chiller has started. Supply air in Hall 2 rose by 2.1 °F before it did and is now falling.
