Cordgrass IP: degraded routing through one upstream network

Loss returned to zero at 16:47. The upstream network confirmed a faulty line card at 17:00 and replaced it. We have restored its normal preference.

The loss is inside one of our four upstream networks. We have lowered its preference so that traffic takes the other three.

Investigating
We are seeing packet loss of 2 to 4% on traffic leaving Cordgrass IP toward some destinations in the western United States.
